In these packages you'll find a few extra answers to what I typically include for a wedding day! If you don't find answers here, I always love to customize a package tailored to you and your specific wedding vision.
Howdy! I'm Taylor, an Austin based wedding photographer who is either at home editing right now or traveling with my husband and our dogs. My style of photography is mainly 'documentary' (a whole lot of observing you and your partner) with bits of editorial flare for timeless, organic wedding days. I do a fair amount of posing initially when we're taking photos together and once you two feel comfortable I really let you lead the way & lean into what feels natural for you!
It's so important to hire people you really get along with to be beside you on your wedding day so I always love doing video calls & separate photos before we capture your day. Capturing lots of candids and moments as they really happened is near and dear to me. I want the candids, moments no one saw, times you didn't know you'd want to remember, and all the love documented exactly how it felt. Social media is usually a highlight reel, so my website includes full galleries to get a feel for how your final gallery will look and feel. These galleries are still condensed - so I can always send over full galleries so you get a full idea of what your day can look like!
I want to be someone you can come to with any questions or whenever you need a second opinion. Because of this, I only take on a certain number of weddings per year to make sure I have the time to show up for you the best way I know how.

Pricing includes everything listed here, but you can always add as many 'a la carte' options to make the perfect package for your day. extra film, rehearsal dinner coverage, wedding albums, prints, etc.

If none of the packages you see here are exactly perfect - we can always customize a day just for you! this would be built together from the ground up with starting prices listed below.

$250 base travel fee if venue is located outside Texas

ELOPEMENT (in the US)

package price: $7,250
coverage: 8 hours over two days
additional hours: $350/hour
includes: beginning at 500+ edited digital images delivered in an online gallery. we will do timeline consulting and planning together so that we can make the best use of our time! I'm here to help every step! whether it's finding flights or vendors - count me in.
I can help you plan locations, what to expect, how to plan, how to tell your friends and family you're eloping and a check-list for making sure to pack all the essentials. there's always a special place in my heart for elopements and smaller ceremonies because every second of your day revolves around quality time together and we can find so many ways to make the most of it.
in additional to travel elopement weddings, this package includes courthouse, backyard and intimate ceremonies and any other wedding with under 30 guests broken between two days.

a "day after" or "day before" session is included (if lodging is available!)

engagement photos
all of my wedding collections include engagement sessions as a way to get to meet you guys before your wedding day! I think this is so beneficial because I'm not a stranger directing you and your closest family around on a very important day, and you guys are comfortable with my shooting style and being in front of the camera.
& additional sessions
bridal and boudoir sessions can be added on to any package! I always recommend adding a bridal session if it's within your budget so we can have a full hour together to document you in your dress in a stunning location, wherever you like!
I freaking love when y'all ask about boudoir - each package can include a boudoir session for 15% off my regular pricing. your boudoir session will be delivered in a private online gallery, and as a fun gift to your partner on your wedding day, a physical album can be added on as well.

I would love to set up a call or zoom to go over any questions you still have and get more details from you guys. if a package here is close to what you are wanting but not quite an exact fit, we can always tailor one to your needs! before your wedding date (after details are finalized) we will go over a wedding timeline between you and your coordinator to make sure your day stays on schedule and we get all the photos you need. as an additional thank you - any session you book with me after your wedding will be 15% off for life. FAQ
what is your booking process?
once you review this guide and ask any questions, I would love to set up a phone call to get more details about you guys and your wedding day. if we are a good fit, I will send you over your contract for review as well as your invoice to retain your date. once your retainer is paid, you're officially booked!
do we need a second photographer?
a second photographer can be added on for any amount of time for $50/hour! while not necessary, if your budget allows for it I'd always recommend having a 2nd shooter for the full day. they help make your day more time efficient and can capture your day from different angles, allowing me to be in two places at once
how long will it take to get our photos?
sneak peeks will be sent within the week, and the remainder of your gallery will be ready within 3-6 weeks as my typical turn-around time for weddings! this time can fluctuate depending on busy season/how much travel I have coming up. if your photos are done any sooner they'll be sent over right away! turn-around time for your engagement photos is 2 weeks
if we don't need engagement photos, can we get a discount?
unfortunately I don't take any amount off the price if engagement photos aren't needed. I mainly include them as a "thank you" and way to meet you guys before your wedding! if you like, we can substitute an engagement session for bridals, or a day of/day before session!
can we add more time?
yes! you can always add more time to any package, sometimes making a more budget friendly option if you don't need 500+ photos. you can also add more time to your wedding the day-of, if you decide you want me to stay longer!
is the retainer refundable?
your retainer to hold your date is legally non-refundable; sometimes photographers cannot refill your date and are subject to monetary loss. if anything happens and you need to change your date, I'd love to apply your retainer to a new date if your new date is available!
how do we add a photo album?
I can help you navigate the best way to print your wedding photos! albums are a great option, not only as gifts but to have your day documented somewhere aside from technology. albums can be passed down for generations - and I can help you make one! my favorite option is through RedTree albums.
